hi! i am astried from indonesia…..i really like baking cakes especially cupcake…your cupcakes are really cute and look yummy….i have seen your recipes but wondering how to make them…the measurement i use are very different from yours…..we use kilogram dan gram and liter…..can you help me?

I love any dessert served in these old fashioned paper cups. It reminds me of my childhood. I especially love the silver balls and the grey speckle frosting. Very beautiful.

In the Baking Sheet recipe, the instructions said to remove most, but seemingly not all of the pith. Did you remove all of it instead? That’s what it looks like from the differing pictures…

I already have a version with almonds that is better suited to that or hazelnuts. This recipe is slightly different as pine nuts are more oily and make less of a flour (so there is more flour than the almond version). You can use this recipe and substitute the berries for candied orange peel.
