Cheryl,

Foremost, thank you for inspiring me to make cupcakes. Your awesome creations is what inspired me to start baking again. Now, I can't stop baking since my friends won't stop asking for them, and they are even willing to pay for it!

Can you give me an idea on the pricing of your cupcakes? My friend's office wanted to start ordering cupcakes every end of the month for the birthday people and I want to come up with fair pricing. Can you email me at ?

Thanks-

Hi,
I love your site. It is refreshing and inspiring. I am from the Scotland and I have been trying to understand the whole cup measurement system...I think I am getting better but how many grams is 15 tablespoon of butter. Is it melted butter we are talking about?
Thank you so much for the cupcakes recipes!!!

I know I posted this somewhere else on your blog, but for those of you looking for pastillage or fondant, I highly recommend trying this method: http://whatscookingamerica.net/PegW/Fondant.htm It was super easy to make, and great to work with! It was also pretty tasty!!

A water bath is when you take a pot, put a couple of inchs of water in it, heat it until boiling, then remove from heat or put on low simmer, place a heat proof bowl over the top of the pan (preferably metal and large enough so it doesn't fall in the pan). This allows you to gently melt the chocolate with heat from the seam as opposed to the too hot flame which can scorch the chocolate.

I have't purchased premade pastillage, but I know my local baking supply store has it. You could try googling it, I am sure there are online stores that carry it as well as fondant.
